Free plan
The free plan is free forever. There's nothing to refund.
Pro plan trial
- Monthly plan: 14-day free trial.
- Yearly plan: 14-day free trial.
You won't be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before it ends and you'll pay nothing.
After the trial
Once your trial ends, your initial charge and all subsequent renewals are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. Statutory withdrawal rights may also apply depending on your region (for example, a 14-day window in the EU, EEA, and UK).
For any refund or billing question, email [email protected] and we'll work with Paddle to resolve it. Please contact us before disputing with your bank. Chargebacks take longer to resolve and may result in account suspension.
Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and is available to a limited number of Founding Members. There is no free trial for this plan.
It is a one-time charge processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds for the Lifetime purchase are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
