Acceptance of Terms
ExpenseSumo ("the App") is operated by Worko Dev. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use ExpenseSumo. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Acceptable use
Use ExpenseSumo for tracking your own money. Don't use it to:
- Access other users' accounts without permission.
- Submit deliberately false or misleading data.
- Break any law that applies to you.
Subscriptions & billing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms.
- Monthly plan: 14-day free trial, then $4.99/mo. Renews monthly until cancelled.
- Yearly plan: 14-day free trial, then $39.00/year. Renews annually until cancelled.
- Lifetime plan: One-time payment starting at $79 (the price rises as Founding Member spots fill). No trial. Limited to 500 Founding Member spots. No recurring charges.
No charge is made during a trial. Cancel anytime from your account settings before the trial ends to pay nothing. See the Refund Policy for full refund details.
The service "as is"
We do our best to make ExpenseSumo work well, but we can't guarantee it will be available 24/7 or free of bugs. The app is provided "as is". We're not liable for any losses caused by using it, including lost data or financial decisions you make based on what you see in the app.
Cancellation and termination
You can delete your account anytime from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; we'll explain why if we do.
We also delete unused accounts automatically, as described in our Privacy Policy. An account with no activity for a year gets an email warning 30 days before deletion. Accounts with Pro, Founding Member or billing history are never deleted this way.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version with a new "Last updated" date.
